Capability 10

SaaS Development

Multi-tenant SaaS platforms built to onboard your hundredth customer as smoothly as your first.

Overview

Building a SaaS product is a different problem than building a website: multi-tenancy, subscription billing, usage limits per plan, and an onboarding flow that has to work without you in the room. We've built this pattern enough times to know where it breaks (usually billing edge cases and permission boundaries between tenants) and design around those from the start.

We build on Next.js and Node.js with Stripe Billing (or your preferred processor) handled properly: upgrades, downgrades, failed payments, and dunning logic included, not left as a follow-up ticket after launch.

How This Engagement Runs

What happens after you sign off on saas development.

  1. 01

    Product & Pricing Scoping

Plan tiers, usage limits, and core workflows defined before architecture.

  2. 02

    Multi-tenant Architecture

Data isolation and tenant boundaries designed in, not patched in later.

  3. 03

    Billing & Auth Build

Subscription logic, upgrades, downgrades, and failed-payment handling built properly.

  4. 04

    Core Feature Development

The actual product functionality, built in reviewable sprints.

  5. 05

    Launch & Scaling Plan

Infrastructure sized for launch with a documented path to scale further.

Why Lisora Digital

Why teams choose us for saas development, specifically.

Senior Team, Every Project

No handoff to a junior once the contract is signed, the person who scoped it is who builds it.

Fixed, Written Scope

A quote and scope in writing before work begins, so there's no ambiguity about what you're paying for.

You Own Everything

Code, domain, and data are yours outright, in your own accounts, from day one.

One Team, Fifteen Disciplines

Build, security, and growth handled under a single contract, not three uncoordinated vendors.

Backed by an ISO-Audited Parent

Lisora LLC's certification-industry discipline shapes how we scope and deliver, not just how we talk about it.

Questions

What clients ask before starting.

Can you build this on top of our existing MVP?+

Yes, though we'll do a technical review first, some MVPs built quickly to validate an idea need architecture changes before they can support real multi-tenant billing at scale, and we'll tell you honestly if that's the case.

How do you handle billing edge cases like failed payments or upgrades?+

Proration, failed-payment retry logic, and dunning emails are built in from the start using Stripe Billing's native handling, rather than custom logic that misses edge cases.

What happens as we scale, will we need to rebuild later?+

The architecture is designed with your expected growth in mind from the first conversation, specifically to avoid a rebuild at your first real scaling milestone.
