How long does a website project actually take?+
A marketing site typically runs 3–6 weeks from signed scope to launch. A web application with logins, roles, or custom workflows runs 8–16 weeks depending on complexity. You'll get a specific timeline in the proposal, not a range, we don't quote until we know what we're building.
Do we own the code and the domain?+
Yes, entirely. The repository is created under your GitHub/GitLab account, hosting and domain stay in your name, and nothing is licensed back to us. If we part ways, you keep a fully working site.
Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?+
Yes, most projects come to us with an existing logo and brand colors. We design within that system rather than starting from scratch, unless you specifically want a rebrand.
What happens after launch if something breaks?+
Every project includes a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes at no charge. After that, our Care Plan retainer covers monitoring, security patches, and small content updates for a fixed monthly fee.
